the photo quality is terrible but here is a dress i made today out of paper, its my first ever attempt at doing this and kinda made it as i went along so it isnt amazing!
i cut out each individual feather and stuck them on individually as well, took so long, but i'm pretty happy with it for how little time it took me and no planning!
This is so impressive, I can't believe it's paper as I imagine it's not the easiest material to work with in regards to clothing!
